is this opportunity?

2) How hard is it to get
clients?
Thousands
of businesses need national and international courier
& logistics suppliers to support their customers and
many of them are frustrated at the lack of customer
focus and poor service provided by their incumbent
suppliers. The SMA proven sales process and the
excellent support from the Franchise Director will
enable you to generate a steady supply of
prospects for your territory. We will teach you how to
sift through these prospects and close the sale with the
most profitable of them. We pride ourselves that our
franchisees have the highest profitability in the
industry. Remember, you only need to acquire two clients
per month to rapidly build a great business

4) What support structure do you have in place?
We
believe that the support structure of any Franchise
organisation is one of the most important
aspects of running a
successful Franchise.
Of course our
training and Operation Manual is so detailed you won’t
need constant supervision, but as we know that you will
need support from time to time we have engaged ‘The
Franchise Director’ to ensure that you have hands-on
support throughout the year. Their mission is to support
the growth of the ‘franchisee family’.

5) How does your
training and systems compare to other Franchise
organisations?
We are
experts in this industry. We know it inside out. Our
training procedures and manuals will teach you and in
the future we will guide you through the SMA systematic
procedures to ensure that you implement a true SMA
system that is proven. We believe we offer the best
training available.
Our attention to detail will

expert in running your SMA Territory, in just 1 week flat! There will of course be
continuous on the job training, guidance and support
from The Franchise Director.
We don’t accept everyone as
Franchisees, but those that qualify, we choose because
they already have the required sales, marketing and
management skills that are needed to run a very
successful business.
6) How much is the Franchise
fee?
For the franchisees joining
us in 2008 we are offering a discounted franchise fee of
just £29,999 + VAT. This will then increase for the
following courses. On-going there is a monthly
management service fee paid to the Franchisor; this is
set at 15% of turnover.
7) What is the
approximate total investment and what does the
management service fee include?
The total Franchise package
investment includes the Franchise Fee mentioned above
and a budget for working capital to ensure that you have
the appropriate business infrastructure to support the
rapid growth that we plan for you. The cost of premises,
drivers and operations will vary by territory but we
will give you a clear indication of likely costs at an
early stage.

ongoing management service fee you will

8) How Long is the
Franchise Agreement for?
The Franchise
agreement is for a renewable 5 years subject to certain
provisions and targets.
9) Can I operate more than one
territory?
Yes, once
you have your office up and running successfully,
generating good turnover and profit, you will be
able to purchase another territory
and open another depot, greatly increasing your earnings
potential.
10) How many Franchisees will there be in
the UK?
We are only
offering 45 franchisees across the UK and Ireland each
with their own dedicated territory; this will ensure all
franchisees have a territory with lots of opportunity to
grow sales and profits. Each year we plan to recruit
8-15 franchisees only. This will allow us to grow the
network at a robust and sensible pace and support our
existing franchisees as fully as possible. |
